Welcome to The Border Mill

The Border Mill is a “mini-mill”, a small-scale alpaca fibre processing mill nestled in the beautiful Scottish Borders.

We process mainly alpaca fleece, but we’re happy to try anything! We can process anything from a single fleece to a hundred kilos, from rabbit to camel (but must confess that we haven’t done either of those yet). For details of our products and services, please click here.
