Quercus Shawl

  • Named from the Latin word for Oak, Quercus cleverly adapts the traditional Shetland Fern Lace pattern to create an elegant shawl or hap.
    Instructions are given for two sizes – a larger shawl using three skeins and a smaller one needing just two skeins.


    The Border Mill Alpaca Rose (4 ply / fingering weight) 
    50% alpaca, 50% rose fibre, c.175 m (191 yd) per 50g skein
